Panic Library

PANIC LIBRARY is a rave/art project by DJ DUO LOVELESS and BABY DIWATA based in Hong Kong, inspired by experimental club sound and punk attitude. They platform underground artists who perform extreme genres of music (i.e. noise, ambient, hardcore gabber, deconstructed club, and more), providing an experimental and alternative perspective to the rave experience. Driven by their desire for creative expression that goes against the grain, PANIC LIBRARY is dedicated to the rule breakers and non-conformists — a safe space in the underground for women, queers, and hardcore kids.

cakeshopseoul/Hyperclub  Over the past 10 years, Cakeshop has been championing the dynamic energy of vibrant independent scenes, and the synergy between the east and the rest of the globe from their basement corner of the world. Since its opening, cakeshop has played host to an endless roster of renowned international artists ranging from total freedom, arca, gaika, james blake, bambii, naafi, bad gyal, sega bodega, scratch clart, fractal fantasy, to the late virgil abloh and dj rashad.

Community Collaborators:

Rockbund Art Museum’s Young Patron Council (RAM YPC)

RAM’s Young Patron Council is a dedicated group of young collectors, professionals, and art enthusiasts invested in the visionary programming of Rockbund Art Museum. Through an exclusive patron program—including museum tours, studio visits, curated travel experiences, and a salon lecture series—the council provides a learning space for collectors to deepen their engagement with contemporary art, institutional practices, and critical discourse. By supporting RAM, members play a vital role in shaping the museum’s future and sustaining its commitment to experimental and thought-provoking exhibitions. Inaugurated in 2010, the Rockbund Art Museum (RAM) is a non-profit arts organization in Shanghai. RAM has been a beacon for contemporary art in the region since its founding, championing experimental practices and marginalized perspectives. As a “resistant institution,” it works with artists to reshape local histories while responding to global challenges. Situated within an Art Deco building originally built for the Royal Asiatic Society in 1932, this historical architecture has been restored and renovated by the David Chipperfield Architects.

Cheruby Organisation

CHERUBY (樱桃瑚), is a non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging fashion and contemporary art. Founded by Cherry Xu, a Shanghai-based art collector and cultural entrepreneur. A passionate advocate for the arts, Cherry is also the Co-Chair of Rockbund Art Museum’s Young Patron Council, a member of Tate’s Asia-Pacific Acquisitions Committee and recently completed a collector residency at the Delfina Foundation in London. Her love for fashion and art fuels her vision to cultivate creative collaborations and support emerging talent.

Cheruby is currently presenting Andrew J Greene’s solo exhibition “Taste” in Shanghai is an inquiry into how to make “good” decisions at a time when the collective pursuit of ‘more and better’ obscures a culture in decline and baits us into accepting absurd propositions and dangerous bets as part of day-to-day life.

99CANAL 99 CANAL is an artist-run residency and program space in NYC's Chinatown, dedicated to amplifying artist perspectives and fostering equitable access to studio spaces and experimental art practices. Known for its diverse community, 99 CANAL supports multidisciplinary artists in developing sustainable careers and cultural exchange, empowering them to create ambitious work free from institutional pressures. As a hub for innovative art, 99 CANAL presents unique projects outside mainstream NYC canons, offering free public programs funded by its community to engage global audiences through participation and reflection.
